Communication & Requirements Confirmation

Please provide your requirements, or your design, reference images, fabrics, quantities, sizes, logos, and target delivery time. We will confirm all the details with you.

Quotation & Details Confirmation

We provide official quotation including price, MOQ, lead time, payment terms and shipping cost for final confirmation.

Sample Development

We produce pre-production sample as your confirmed design. Lead time: 5–7 working days for approval.

Deposit Payment

After sample approval, you arrange deposit payment. Production schedule and lead time start officially.

Mass Production

We proceed bulk production: fabric cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, ironing and packing with strict control.

Quality Inspection

All garments pass full inspection on size, stitching, color, workmanship and appearance before shipment.

Balance Payment & Shipment

You settle balance payment. We arrange sea, air or express shipping and provide full shipping documents.

After-Sales Service

We provide professional after-sales support. We welcome feedback and look forward to long-term cooperation.

  • Lead time is calculated in working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Design changes after confirmation may affect lead time and cost.
  • Color may vary slightly on different screens, physical sample is final.
  • We keep strict QC to ensure stable and reliable quality for every order.
