Garment Factory Quality Control

Quality Control Process

Fabric and Garment Inspection

Fabric & Material Inspection

Strict inspection on all fabrics, threads, buttons, zippers and accessories before production. Color fastness, shrinkage, composition and appearance are tested to ensure compliance with export standards.

In-Process Quality Control

Real-time monitoring during cutting, sewing, ironing and packing. Our QC team conducts routine checks to control stitching, size, workmanship and details to avoid defects.

Final Random Inspection

100% inspection or strict random inspection before shipment. Size measurement, labeling, packaging, workmanship and appearance are fully checked according to AQL standard.

Traceability & After-Sales

Complete production and quality records for each order. We provide timely after-sales support and continuous improvement based on customer feedback.
